Ohyotya from Uganda! Well so far africa has been incredible. We got here early on the 6th (3 am) after four flights and transfers. Amazingly every piece of luggage made it to Uganda with us! For the most part our day goes like this: every morning we wake up at 6:30 often to the howling of the monkeys that frequent our campsite, and have devotions at 7. Breakfasts at 730 and then after that were off to the work site. At the work site were building bricks and removing stumps on the property to make way for the pregnancy center/home for expecting teenage mothers. I dont think ive ever gotten so much dirt on my body from biulding the bricks...it was sweet. We work in the morning and afternoons and then at night there are various activities/missions like soccer or the pregnancy house or a college outreach called survivor. Yesterday we went to one of the local schools and i was asked to talk to the kids about purity right on the spot. The yfc leader paul just called me up front and said "now kens going to talk about purity." I was kinda shocked at first but it turned out to be a really awesome experience. Health wise most of the teams doing great and we appreciate your continued prayers. Well its almost time to go back to the work site. Ill see if i can get on once more to update, but if not ill see everyone back in the states. Thanks for your support.
Mwebaliyno,
Kenneth
